Covid 19 Policy
Hello,
All of us have been affected by the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Our priority at Fresh Face is to keep you as safe as possible by adhering to the highest level of hygiene.
Visiting Fresh Face

Please do not come to your appointment if you are showing any Covid-19 symptoms.

Before your appointment you will be asked some screening questions.

Please wait in your car until your appointment time, please do not come into the salon early, this stops there being more than one customer in the salon at any one time and gives me time to sanitise between clients.

Upon entering the salon, please sanitise your hands with the provided sanitiser or if you prefer please wash your hands in the bathroom.

To reduce numbers in the salon please leave children at home.

You will be required to bring your own mask/face covering to your appointment.
Fresh Face Treatments and Procedures
All of our treatments and procedures have been implemented for your safety and that of our staff. We will continue to take advice from the Government and the NHS regarding safe practice and will amend them as necessary.

Our staff will be wearing PPE at all times.

All tools will be fully cleaned and sanitised before your treatment.
Payment
In order to avoid the handling of cash, we would prefer if you could pay for your treatment by bank transfer.
